CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

For all returns and cancellations:

Return Policy (For Indian Customers – Online Purchases)

We offer a 7-DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY.

  • In case of a defective or damaged product, complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and with tags intact.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging (bag boxes, dust bags, hang tags, etc.).
  • Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer (shipping charges applicable).
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for validating claims on damaged/wrong products.
  • If a damaged or wrong product is received, email us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a reverse pick-up.

Note: In case reverse pick-up is unavailable at your PIN code, you must courier the product back to us at your own cost and risk within 7 days.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange request.

Refunds:

  • Bank Refund: ₹100 will be deducted per product (towards shipping & restocking). Refund will be processed to the bank account you provide.
  • Required bank details: Name, Account No., IFSC Code, Bank Name, Branch.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days post-approval.
  • Payments made via card or net banking will be refunded to the original source.

If the return is found ineligible, the product will be shipped back to you. In either case, return resolution will be completed within 20 days of receipt.

Urban Kickers is not responsible for any damage during return transit.

The customer agrees to accept Urban Kickers' final decision regarding return eligibility.

Non-eligible returns will be sent back, and the customer may be blacklisted from future purchases. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in suspension of COD option without notice.

Customers who return over 50% of their orders may be restricted to non-cancellable and non-returnable future purchases.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing urbankickers.com@gmail.com.
  • If cancelled within 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If a prepaid order is not accepted and is returned by the courier, a deduction of ₹200 will be applied before refund.

The customer agrees to accept Urban Kickers' decision regarding cancellations.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the event of a defective or incorrect product.

  • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • An unboxing video is required to validate the complaint.
  • Email us at urbankickers.com@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange.
  • If reverse pick-up is not available at your PIN code, you must courier the item to our office at your own expense within 7 days.
  • We will inspect the returned item before initiating the exchange.
  • If approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 7 days of approval.
  • If reverse pick-up fails (due to courier issues or customer fault), you must contact us again to arrange a new pick-up.
  • Failure to do so may result in rejection of the exchange request.

Only packages that are untampered and sealed at delivery will be eligible for returns/exchanges.
