CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
We have a 7 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS POLICY.
- For defected/damaged products, complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused and undamaged with tags intact.
- Returns will only be accepted in original packaging, including hang tags on bags, boxes, or dust bags.
- Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned with shipping charges.
- An unboxing video must be provided to validate claims.
- If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must email us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. URBAN KICKERS will arrange a pick-up.
- If reverse pick-up is unavailable for your pin code, the customer must ship the item back at their own risk and cost within 7 days.
- After receiving the package, we will inspect the return.
- Refund will be initiated only after inspection and validation.
- Approved returns will receive a refund minus Rs. 100 (towards shipping & restocking) within 10 days to the provided bank account.
Required bank details: Name, Account No., IFSC Code, Bank, Branch
RETURNS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS
We only offer exchange or refund if the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
- Return is validated post inspection.
- If pick-up is unavailable, customer must return at their own cost within 7 days.
- Refund (minus Rs. 100 per product) will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
In case a reverse pick-up is not completed due to courier/customer issue, the customer must re-initiate the request. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the request.
Only untempered packages will be entertained for return/exchange.
Once approved, refund will be processed within 10 days. If ineligible, the item will be sent back.
Return requests will be closed within 20 days of receiving the package. URBAN KICKERS is not liable for return shipping damage.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by URBAN KICKERS regarding return validation. Invalid returns will be sent back, and the customer may be blacklisted. Repeated COD refusals may result in COD facility being revoked.
For customers returning more than 50% of delivered products, future orders will be accepted only on a non-return, non-cancellation basis.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Original packaging is mandatory.
Refund Methods:
- Cash Payments – refunded via bank transfer (minus Rs. 100 per product).
- Online Payments – refunded to the original payment method.
CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing urbankickers.com@gmail.com.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Prepaid orders returned to URBAN KICKERS due to customer refusal will be refunded after Rs. 200 deduction for shipping.
EXCHANGES BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS
- Defective or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours.
- Items must be unused, undamaged with tags intact, and returned in original packaging.
- Unboxing video is required for damage claims.
- For wrong/damaged products, email us within 7 days. We will arrange pick-up.
- If reverse pick-up is not available, customer must ship it back within 7 days.
- Upon receipt, item will be inspected.
- Once approved, exchange will be processed within 7 days.
- If reverse pick-up fails, customer must follow up for re-arrangement.
- Exchange/return will only be entertained if the package was received untempered.
